Our pricing is a reflection of the quality and lineage of the Yorkshire Terriers we produce, the time ensuring your pet is the healthiest she/he can be, our expertise, as well as all the endless hours handling and training for an easy transition.

Our traditional Yorkies start at $4300 our parti yorkies $4500. Smaller/littles are considered to weigh less than 4 lbs. at their full grown adult weight are $5500.

***No puppy is considered reserved without a holding fee/reservation fee placed**

Holding fee to reserve your baby is $1000.00 which is deducted from the puppy price, it is non refundable unless the puppy has a medical reason that he/she cannot be placed with you. Any additional payment made beyond the holding fee is refundable and will be applied to balance.

The holding fee can be paid via Zelle (chikitosyorkies@outlook.com), Good Dog payment link (click link below), you can mail a check, pay in cash, western union, or venmo.

Good Dog platform offers payments through your bank for free or with a credit card for a small fee, there is also an option for Klarna monthly payments (on final payment only).

We gladly take payments up until final payment/delivery of puppy and will generate a receipt showing paid amount and balance due. Of note, any further payments made other than holding fee is refundable.

There are many ways to finance your new baby, not endorsed nor sponsored but for knowledge purposes: Prosper, Discover and Rocket Mortgage have personal loans, NASA Federal Credit Union and Navy Credit Union also offer both personal loans and lines of credit.

Final payment is either cash or Good Dog payment link.

We occasionally have adults available whose range in price will vary from $1000-$2500.

Do you charge to be on the waitlist

No we don't charge to be on our waitlist. We want to ensure you get your baby therefore no money is required until puppies arrive. Being on our waitlist ensures you will be notified first prior to any advertisement.

Do you require a holding fee?

Once puppies are born and stable a reservation/holding fee of $1000.00 is required to hold your baby. This reserve fee is deducted from the final price of the puppy. It is non-refundable in all circumstances except if the puppy is unable to be sold due to a medical concern, at that time the fee would be refunded or can be applied to another puppy/litter.

What are the transportation options?

We have families across the United States. Air transport to your closest airport would be done by us and would require an additional fee depending on where you are located. The fee is generally $550-750 which includes airfare for both myself and the puppy (yes the puppy has to pay for his/her airfare) as well as the puppies carrier which is yours to keep, airport parking and a cup of coffee.

We can also meet you at our local airport BWI/Baltimore if you prefer to fly here. All air transport will come with transport carrier for your puppy.

We hand deliver all our puppies they go from our hands to yours no exceptions.

What happens once I pay the holding fee?

Photos and/or videos are furnished at least weekly so you may watch the progression of your baby. Facetime/Messenger/Teams video conference available on request.

Can I come pick out my puppy?

We pride our program by "placing puppies" We ask all potential parents provide as much input on what your preferences are within the application. Based on our discussions, preferences in sizing, coloring and application information, we will work together and your puppy will be chosen. Most our puppies are spoken for at birth based on sex preference then we match based on personality, sizing, coloring etc. with the families as the puppy develops. We do offer Facetime while waiting for your new baby and will send weekly photos/video.

Do you do contracts/health guarantee

Yes we do. Once a holding fee is placed, a contract/health guarantee will be furnished for review and signature

Are the tails docked?

Yes the tails are docked unless a buyer has paid the puppy in full prior to the 72 hour mark in that case we would not dock the tail at the new owner request.

What comes with my puppy?

All puppies will have tails docked unless puppy reservation fee is paid in advance. Your puppy will have appropriate vaccinations and de-worming, be seen by licensed Veterinarian have a prepaid microchip done, puppy pack with toys, training items, food, puppy folder with parents lineage, health guarantee copies of all paperwork and health record, 30 days free health insurance through Trupanion (excludes those living in New York or Canada), and a lifetime of breeder support.

When can my puppy go home?

We want an easy transition from our home to yours as possible. Our babies generally are ready for that transition closer to the 9-10 week mark. Occasionally due to a smaller size or immaturity we will hold onto the puppy a few additional weeks. Please be patient, we are doing this to make your life easier and want to ensure a smooth transition process. We want this to be a pleasant, stress free experience for you and your family and promise your little bundle of joy is in good hands and well worth the wait!

How big will my Yorkie get?

Although weight isn't guaranteed, our expertise allows us to give an estimation for the predictive adult weight based upon the parents, the previous litter weights and growth chart.

Will I get AKC papers for my puppy?

Upon request. Our Yorkie family holds dual registration with their foreign countries and with American Kennel Club/AKC, however, your baby is considered a pet/companion. Although your baby might be breed or show quality we expect all our dogs not to be bred and to be spayed or neutered before 15 months of age unless otherwise discussed or due to size/religious restrictions.

What is your pick up process

We can discuss transportation or pick up options and will gladly meet you with your puppy. We do NOT offer in home visits anymore and can assure you only the Vet and us have handled your puppy, again this is to ensure the health of our family and dogs. We can gladly meet you at a mutual pick up point.

What food is my puppy eating?

We feed Little Bites Chicken and Brown Rice from Health Extensions it is an all stage food, meaning no need to change foods during his/her lifetime. We ask all parents to continue this regimen as the kibble bites are very tiny for them. If you want to switch foods it is to be done "gradually" as their tummies are sensitive.
