Our pricing is a reflection of the quality baby doll Yorkshire Terriers we produce and the time and money spent on ensuring your pet is the healthiest she/he can be.

Our pricing is as follows for traditional or parti's:

Males $4300 Females $4500 and tinies are considered to weigh less than 4 lbs full grown: $5500 regardless of sex.

Holding fee to reserve your baby is 750.00 which is deducted from puppy price, balance due on or before pick up. The holding fee is payable via Zelle (this is through your bank account), I will accept a mailed check (if at least 2 weeks from pick up date), Western Union, direct bank wire, Venmo or through the Good Dog payment link (extra fee for using your credit card, but free option to use bank account).

Final payment is always either cash or Good Dog payment link, Zelle is unusable for final payment as there is a daily limit. ***No puppy is reserved without a holding fee/reservation fee placed***

We gladly take payments up until final payment/delivery of puppy and will generate a receipt showing paid amount and balance due which will be mailed to you.

We occasionally have adults available whose range in price will vary from $1000-$ 2000.

Our Yorkie family holds dual registration with their foreign countries and with American Kennel Club/AKC, however, your baby is considered a pet/companion. Although your baby might be breed or show quality, unless discussed prior to contract being signed and additional fee paid for full rights none will be given. We expect all our dogs not to be bred and to be spayed or neutered before 15 months of age unless otherwise discussed or due to size/religious restrictions.

Do you charge to be on the waitlist

No. At this time we don't accept anything but your name and preferences until the babies are born and stable (generally 2-3 weeks) at that time you will be offered a puppy and a holding fee will be requested.

Do you require a holding fee?

Once puppies are born and stable a reservation/holding fee of $750.00 is required to hold your baby. This reserve fee is deducted from the final price of the puppy. It is non-refundable in all circumstances except if the puppy is unable to be sold due to a medical concern, at that time the fee would be refunded or can be applied to another puppy/litter. The reserve fee can be paid via Zelle, Good Dog, Venmo, Western Union, direct bank wire, check or cash.

Do you do contracts/health guarantee

After the reservation fee is paid a contract/health guarantee will be furnished for review and signature

How big will my Yorkie get?

Although weight isn't guaranteed, our expertise allows us to give an estimation for the predictive adult weight based upon the parents, the previous litter weights and growth chart.

Can I come pick out my puppy?

We ask all potential parents to provide as much input on what your preferences are. Based on our discussions, preferences in sizing, coloring and application information, we will work together and your puppy will be chosen. Most our puppies are spoken for at birth based on sex preference then we match based on personality, sizing, coloring etc. with the families as the puppy develops.

What comes with my puppy?

All puppies have tails docked unless puppy reservation fee is paid in advance. Your puppy will have two sets of vaccinations and age appropriate de-worming, be seen by licensed Veterinarian have a prepaid microchip done, puppy pack with all kinds of toys, training items, food, puppy folder with parents lineage, AKC and contract, health guarantee copies of all paperwork and health record, 30 days free health insurance through Trupanion (excludes those living in New York), and a lifetime of breeder support.

How can I pay for my puppy?

You may choose to make payments on your baby after he/she is reserved. An updated receipt will be furnished for every payment made with updated balance due. You can Zelle, or use Good Dog platform for payments. You may choose to use a credit card or checking account when using the Good Dog application (note they do charge a service fee for credit card/ACH is free). We will always accept cash at pick up. Final payment is due prior to puppy going home NO EXCEPTIONS.

What are the transportation options?

You are welcome to come and pick up your baby at our home.

Air transport to your closest airport would be done by us and would require an additional fee depending on where you are located. The fee is generally $600-750 which includes airfare for both myself and the puppy (yes the puppy has to pay for his/her airfare).

We can also meet you at our local airport BWI/Baltimore.

We have families across the United States. Canadian families shipping is generally 1200-1400 due to the additional fees involved. We hand deliver all our puppies they go from our hands to yours no exceptions.

When can my puppy go home?

We want an easy transition from our home to yours as possible. Our babies generally are ready for that transition closer to the 10 week mark. Occasionally due to a smaller size or immaturity we will hold onto the puppy a few additional weeks. Please be patient, we are doing this to make your life easier and want to ensure a smooth transition process.
